About Us

Print Haus Apparel is a highly experienced and very knowledgable custom apparel printing service. We source over 2000 products from many of the leading apparel manufactures in the industry and make them available to you at wholesale prices.

We work tirelessly everyday towards improving our print quality & efficiency, so that our customers receive the best product possible in a reasonable time frame. Our team has built an honorable reputation in the industry by doing exceptional work for corporations, small businesses, events and schools since 2016.

Traditionally screen printing has not been a very ecologically friendly trade. At Print Haus Apparel we take responsibility for our impact on the environment and work toward reducing it. We use natural stripping agents, derived from plant products. Our inks are low – VOC, phthalate free and environmentally friendly.

Our process is simple and our prices are affordable.

Upload your artwork on the "Request A Quote" page and list the items that you would like to order. We'll send a quote and proof for approval.

PRINT IT

After your Quote and Proofs are approved by you, we will begin working on your order.

SHIP IT

When your order is finished and has been paid in full, we will ship your order or we can hand deliver if your near us.

FAQ'S

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders, add-ons or very large orders may increase turnaround times. Delay in approval of mock ups could also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing. Your turn around time starts after your Proof is approved. If you have a deadline it is important that you let us know prior to placing your order. 

Our minimum order quantity requirement for decorated items is 15 units per design. You can split up your product colors and sizes within that amount but the total quantity must meet our minimum. 

Screenprint pricing is a very complex system but we do the best to ensure our customers receive the fairest price possible. The main two factors that determine the printing price are the number of colors in each logo and quantity printed per logo (the more colors in a logo, the higher the cost but the larger the order quantity per design, the lower the cost). Specialty inks can affect printing prices as well.  If you have artwork and know what you want to order, go to our “Request A Quote” page and fill out the form. We will be happy to send you an estimate. 

After you have approved your quote and proofs, we will send you an invoice with a link to pay on it via credit card, paypal or Square. For new customers we require a 50% deposit prior to any work beginning. You may pay by company check also, we will begin working on the order after the check clears. 

We accept most graphic files. However, we prefer vector artwork in PDF format. Vector files (Adobe Illustrator) should have all fonts in outlines. Raster artwork (Photoshop) in EPS or TIFF format.  Rasterized art should be created at 300 dpi or higher, as low resolution artwork will not print very sharp. A separate charge will incur if artwork is inadequate and rework must be done.

Yes, but all add ons should be made prior to approving your Order Proof and paying the deposit. Once we start the production process no add ons or changes to the order will be accepted. Please note that prices are subject to change if there are changes (product quantities, artwork, ect..) after initial quote has been sent to you.
